Ingredients
1 stick Butter
1/2 cup Flour
4 oz Gouda, cubed
2 oz Velveeta, cubed
8 oz Sharp Cheddar, cubed
8 oz Cream Cheese
6 oz yellow mustard
2 - 12oz dark beers
8 tsp Hot Sauce
4 tsp Worcestershire
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cayenne
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
2 tsp Paprika
Instructions
Combine butter and flour into a roux.
Pour in 1 beer. Add Cheese and mix until cheese melts and combine.
Add mustard, Hot Sauce, Worcestershire and spices.
Pour in 1 beer and mix until combine.
Mods:
Hot Sauce - I used Frank's Red Hot - substitute with your favorite!
Light Beer - Use a light beer for a hoppier taste
