Ingredients
celery stalk, finely diced
1/2 small red onion, finely diced
1 lb imitation crab, shredded
1/2 cup mayo
creole seasoning
green onion, garnish
Instructions
Combine celery, red onion, crab and mayo into a bowl until well mixed.
Season with creole to taste.
Mods:
Extra Mayo - I like extra sauce
Hot Sauce - we love the heat but can say the same about our friends!
Jalapeno - add some color and some extra heat!
Lemon Juice - cut the fat and brighten the dish
