Ingredients
Cake
1 box pound cake mix
Frosting
16 oz cream cheese
2 sticks butter (1 cup)
1 cup powdered sugar
vanilla extract
Decorations (optional)
Coconut flakes
Green food coloring
Jelly Beans
Instructions
Prep your pan - Spray with cooking spray and coat with flour.
Make the cake - Follow the directions for your pound cake mix
Combine cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla until airy.
Frost the cake using spatula or piping tips.
(Optional)
Dye and Dehydrate the coconut. Mix food dye with coconut flakes and 1 tbsp water. Spread on parchment paper on a baking sheet and bake on lowest temperature until dried.
Spread on plate to decorate
Mods:
Use powdered sugar instead of frosting the cake!
Tie a ribbon around the neck of the lamb!
Use plastic eggs and candies to decorate the cake plate!
